"I have found the ThermoActive™ back brace to be versatile and effective in providing relief from the chronic back pain I experience as a result of degenerative discs. I have used the adjustable brace for support at home and in the car when driving long distances. The inflatable “pockets” make it simple to adjust the pressure and the removable polygel packs are easily heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer to provide both hot and cold therapy. While I find the heat therapy most comforting, the chilled packs are especially useful after exercise or overexertion.
