Shipping Policy
All orders received before Noon Eastern Standard Time will be processed same day.

Cancellation Policy
If order is cancelled same day, we need an email to orders@polygelsport.com by 3pm cutoff to avoid order being shipped.  After 3pm if order has shipped decision needs to be made if UPS can return item or not.  Decision needs to be made if a cancellation fee is applicable.  
 

Return Policy
We will be pleased to process your return within 30 days of your receipt of purchase.  For returns we cannot refund shipping and order processing fees.  Return item(s) using either FedEx or UPS shipping (will not accept USPS or via mail) - email us at returns@polygelsport.com with tracking details, your order#, include reason for return and address details where item(s) was received.  We will arrange to have you refunded according to your original method of payment when the product is received by us.
 

Merchandise Availability Policy
We strive to be 100% in-stock at time you place your order, but due to demand, product availability may be delayed.  We will notify you via email of any delay and provide you with available options.
